Traffic signal cabinets overgrown

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3112771.

Two grey traffic signal cabinets - on Broadgate slip road, near exiting pedestrian crossing & behind safety fencing, overgrown by bushes restricting maintenance of traffic signals by TfGM/Siemens - require these to be cut back by NH.
