Obscured road sign at jct 9 M62 and overgrown vegetation

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3112140.

The vegetation at the round about at Jct 9 of M62 is covering the road signs, especially heading north (right) at the top of the junction. The directional arrows and road numbers are covered over. The roundabout also has a considerable amount of litter and large plastic sheeting all around it. This has been the case for at least a year and is continuing the decline all the time. Thank you.
