Safety fence incomplete

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3111541.

The pedestrian safety fence alongside the footway which is at the side of the eastbound carriageway has been left without a horizontal rail with orange tape it its place and the section of fence which does have a top rail needs to have the rail fixed to all of the posts and correctly aligned. The fence has been in this condition for several months since the variable speed limit signs were installed
