Faulty speed camera

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3103686.

Speed on the motorway was 60. My car was at 60 in cruise control. I checked my speed as i went through because it flashed me the other day when the speed changed to 50 with no warning. Speed camera flashed me. I see lots of other cars going through at what looks like the speed limit and they get flashed. This camera is clearly faulty.
