LEDs on AMI signal unclear - unclear if showing arrow (can pass) or red X

Reported via desktop in the Sign issue (NH) category anonymously at 15:45, Tue 2 November 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3100288.

The last two times I've driven past here (21st and 28th October 2021) I've seen that this signal, at Junction 6 northbound, where the road splits to head toward "B'ham NE", is very unclear. There appear to be far too many LEDs visible on this sign, meaning you cannot tell if you're being instructed that this slip road is open or shut. This leads to driver confusion. On the first occasion, I decided to avoid this slip road as I couldn't tell if it was open - leading to a substantial detour.
