Cable blocking footpath

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3097768.

1" diameter cable has come unclipped from underside of motorway bridge. It is hanging into the River Blackwater and across the Blackwater Valley footpath. Pedestrians can duck underneath, but it poses a real danger to cyclists.

  • This looks to be a serious hazard. How was this reported so long ago and not been made safe.
