Unacceptable flooding

This is a road is a national speed limit road, floods every time it rains - this amount of flooding is unacceptable, the traffic backlog due to people having to go slow through the flood is going to cause crashes!

  • National Highways have been working on a design to address the flooding here, as we did at the Monkeys Jump Roundabout. (I also drove through this flood yesterday). We will soon have the contracts and roadspace bookings in place and can get started.

    This is at the junction between Queens Avenue and Weymouth Road. I believe this has been a problem for over 30 years! Paul Smith
