Inadequate safety provision for closed lanes

The roundabout's traffic lights have been suspended, resulting in queueing back up onto the A12. There is no signage to warn you of this, no enforcement of slower speeds, and so people are pulling in to the off ramp at pace and having lorries fly past them with near misses.
I am shocked that it's been left in this state and there will surely be accidents as a result
