M181 10.4 B to next electronic sign
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3077307.
Raised section of road across both lanes of the motorway just past 10.b.
Perpendicular to the road, similar to sleeping policeman, services conduit ? Over filled to form a significant raised section. This caused a Range rover to bounce even with its off road set up, motor bike or car would be affected more severely.
Requires smoothing out, there are several on this stretch but this by far the worst. Danger to some motorists!

Thank you for contacting Highways England by phone with regards to the M181 road conditions on 21 October.
I can advise we are aware of the ridges on the M181 and are actively seeking a solution to them including resurfacing and liaising with the Local Authority as they have also been working in the area to make improvements. Unfortunately at the moment I am unable to provide a timescale but until the area can be treated warning signs have been placed regarding the uneven road surface.
