Pavement along Ross road located within box bush, right up towards longhope turning. .

Reported via mobile in the Pavement/footpath issue category anonymously at 17:10, Thursday 21 October 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

Dangerous pavements, not wider enough and overgrown vegetation and soil covering pavement. Complained and raised this many months ago and still an issue. Raised again start of the month and still waiting. An accident waiting to happen and no urgency at all. Large heavy goods driving more than the speed limit of 60 mph on a road with no pedestrians safety.

  • Yes most of the pavement was done. But unfortunately in part it has been missed out. Between the farmers boy inn and barrel lane the pavement has been left and very narrow in places. This was raised with the workmen that did the pavement which has been done but we’re not able to do it as it had not been authorised with you. We called you whilst the men were here as they were happy to do it whilst they had traffic lights in place. But you failed to authorise it!
