Lights too bright under bridge

Reported via desktop in the Street lighting category anonymously at 15:20, Thursday 21 October 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

When driving at night eastbound on the A428, going under the bridge carrying the A14 westbound lanes over the A428, the lights are so bright that they make me close my eyes (I'm sure all the other motorists face the same issue). Equally, when exiting, the eyes do not have time to adjust to the light difference. This is a potential safety issue which could be sorted out by diming the lights between certain hours (late evening to early morning) to match the light intensity in the surrounding area (approach and departure)
