Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

The trees that are on land registered to yourselves are overgrowing into my garden. Damaging my fence.

    We have passed your report regarding the overhanging trees to our environmental team who will review when they're next carrying out inspections along this stretch of the A27.

    We aim to provide a further update no later than 30 November 2021.

  • Thank you for your patience whilst our environmental team reviewed your report. We have established that the trees and land immediately behind your property are not owned by Highways England but by a third party.

    We therefore will not be carrying out any tree maintenance & would suggest you contact East Sussex County Council who may be able to assist further.
