West bound A120 about 2 -3 miles from braintree. Large dead roe deer. Also another one closer to Dunmow. Also one just before the east bound turn off to A1536? to Gt Dunmow. All on central reservation.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later
3 dead deer all in central reservation between Braintree and airport turn off 1 about 2 -3 miles from Braintree going west i further along closer to Dunmow one going east before the turnoff to Dunmow all roe deer how are they getting onto the road? been there a week!! Ugh

I appreciate how distressing it can be for our customers to see animal remains lying by the side of the road. We routinely remove such remains when they are found in the live carriageway and always endeavour to repatriate pets if their owners can be identified through microchip implant technology.
Animal remains that lie further away from the carriageway itself are more difficult to routinely locate. Such carcasses are therefore only ordinarily removed if they present an ancillary hazard, or danger to public health
