I am contacting you from Leicestershire County Council Highways Drainage. We are unable to gain access due to fencing and a bridge. During heavy rainfall customer suffered flooding to garage and animal shelters. It is a repeat issue. Customer has contacted you previously. Please could this be looked into as a matter of urgency. Reference for this issue is HMS 848908. Contact Donna Ball, Senior Technician donna.ball@leics.gov.uk with outcome.
