Flooding

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3071015.

There was a river of water running across the motorway. It was so bad that as I drove through it i couldn't see. It was very dangerous. It may have subsided now if the rain has eased but if not then maybe that small section needs a speed restriction or closing and just accessing the motorway from the roundabout above and the slip road.
