Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

Travelling north from Newbury to the M4 at the traffic lights on the roundabout below the M4 Jct13 there was a live chicken pecking around on the central reservation between the North and South carriage ways just but the traffic lights could become a safety issue if cars try to avoid or if someone tries to retrieve the chicken.

    During the review our inspector was unable to locate the animal.
