Speed camera flashing at advertised speed

In addition to the average speed cameras on the M4, in the last few days the previously installed speed cameras on the M4 smart motorway have gone live too. I’m unsure if they’re not in sync with the signs or uncallibrated.
Today, at 7:28 PM, all signs and gantry lanes stated 60mph, however the camera between junction 11 and 12 flashed us doing 60. I do hope there is evidence of the signs/changes; so if this is a genuine fault we won’t be fined.
