All traffic lights not functional.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3061241.

All Brook Street traffic lights have not been working for at least several weeks now; and by the looks of other reports, it is much longer than this. This makes undertaking the roundabout dangerous, and puts drivers at risk of accidents.
