Vegetation on HE maintained path behind noise fence needs cutting

The vegetation on the A64 westbound roadside was cut in the summer. However, unlike previous years your operative did not cut the overgrown grass and bushes behind the noise fence. Please it be cut now? Whilst you are there the bushes between the end of the noise fence west along the A64 to the A1237 junction overhang the cycle path - can they be trimmed back (to 2m from the path so you don't have to come back for a few years) please? Both these locations are HE responsibility - confirmed in 2012 correspondence that unfortunately ended up including the local MP and the HE chief exec.
