1/2ft-1ft pothole outside lane

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3052804.

Pothole has been there for many months now on the outside lane right in line where if driving middle of lane offside tyre would hit it. Just after the exit 9 clockwise. Basically outside the highways depot.
