Sunken roadway.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3050449.

Westbound, after the service sliproad, inside lane right-hand track. There is a sunken hole, the roadway seems to be holding up, it scracking but hasnt broken up yet. Its sunken a reasonable amount and certianly deep enough to warrant avoiding action.

    We are aware of this and the depression has been logged for repair. At present, I'm unable to provide a better timescale on this repair however I can assure you we'll continue to monitor the area. Please note, should the issue become a safety critical incident, it will be repaired within a twenty-four-hour time frame.

    We will provide a further update to once the work has been completed.
