Dangerous Distracting Billboard A38 Southbound

Reported via desktop in the Sign issue category anonymously at 16:12, Thursday 7 October 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

This huge advertising billboard is a dangerous distraction on a busy and dangerous section of the A38. It was mobile but now seems to be permanent? The billboard conflicts with the road signs at a junction on the brow of a hill with a bend in the highway. The billboard should be removed.
