Obscured road signs

Reported via desktop in the Graffiti category anonymously at 14:20, Wednesday 6 October 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

We've just had a visitor attending a wedding at Hestercombe Gardens today. They were travelling from Plymouth and said from Junction 25 (where they are rebuilding a bridge) our brown direction signs have been blocked out with black paint? (apparently several of the guests got a bit lost!). If you can help given the limited information it would be appreciated.
