Constant flooding under bridge

Sent to National Highways 1 day, 22 hours, 19 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 3042476.

Drain under bridge is blocked / backed up causing flooding under A46 bridge on b676 every time it rains. both lanes nearly fully submerged ( north lane is currently fully submerged ) problem will only get worse as winter approaches.
