No traffic light signals on brook street roundabout at Brentwood. First noticed Friday 1st October. Now it’s the 4th October and still not working

Traffic lights still not working. Traffic trying to turn off the roundabout on to the a1023 at risk of collision with traffic coming from a12, on to roundabout. Traffic on a12 entry cannot see vehicles coming across the lanes to turn off on to a1023. When will this be fixed?
