Large holes have been cut in the motorway fence within Portsmouth city council run play area. It has been reported that youths have created a rat run to walk along side of motorway to get to railway line and cross over into another park at Allaway avenue PO6 4HB

  • I have temporarily repaired with heavy duty cable ties but a much more substantial repair needs to be carried out as soon as possible. This is a health and safety issue
