Concrete breaking up around drain causing a pothole.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3033625.

This has been happening over the last2 or 3 weeks.and further on heading east past the quart lane junction towards the old London inn the road is sinking. Thank you P.Gale
