Temporary sign obstructing cycle path

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3033280.

The shared cycle/foot path here is narrow, and it is also being partially obstructed by a temporary sign related to the diversion for the Clifton Bridge repairs. Lately the sign has been taken down from the dark brown metal frame, making it dangerous as it is difficult to see in low light
