Hedges are encroaching into cycle path

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3033094.

The hedges at various points along this section haven't been cut back far enough, and they are almost completely obstructing the cycle path side of the shared path, making it too narrow to pass oncoming cyclists
