Raised surface on carriageway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later
There are a number of raised surfaces on the motorway that feel like speed bumps. Driving over these sends a shock throughout any vehicle I drive. The first of these raised surfaces starts at junction 4 going east and there are close to 7 such bumps on the carriageway. On rainy days I have seen numerous vehicles get jolted up and skid ever so slightly. The surface is pretty dangerous.
