Traffic light phasing fault

Good morning. There has been an issue with the set of traffics lights on the M3 J4, A331 roundabout traffic lights for the past 2 week. There appears to be an issue with the phasing which only lets 3 or 4 cars through before going back to red. This is causing queues back onto the motorway which is dangerous.

We have passed your report regarding the phasing of traffic lights on the M3 junction 4 to our Technology Team who will review the issue as part of their next safety check.
Should any form of repair or re-setting of the traffic signals be required, this will then be completed. Please note, we'll also continue to monitor the area.

Good morning, The past few mornings, the situation appears improved with the traffic lights letting more vehicles through and no longer queuing onto the motorway. Thanks for looking into this.

I found this old thread. It doing again. Northbound slip way only have 20 sec green while coming from right in roundabout have 2 mins green.
This caused long queuing on m3 very dangerous.
