Enormous amount of large chunks of rubbish littering verges for a considerable distance

Although rubbish and litter can be seen in greater quantities every where these days, (huge thanks to the great British public) this area is particularly infested with all sorts of rubbish. It’s one of the most densely littered stretches I have seen. If I was in charge I would close the whole stretch to allow the area to be cleaned and to protect the workers. If this inconveniences drivers then it might remind them not to blight the environment!
