As I reported previously,The right hand side dangerously close to the A259 ,the fencing is rotten the whole length. This fencing which was erected from the roadside and is a boundary to the extremely fast busy road .Given that the fencing is on the right hand side of our property and erected on the road side .This fencing is a fatality waiting to happen .Also there are huge trees on the road side taking light from our garden which need topping .You stated in your reply to my first enquiry saying it is the landowners responsibility, who is the land owner ? Regards C Lewis .

Dear C Lewis
Thank you for emailing our Customer Contact Centre on 24 September 2021 regarding overgrown trees and fencing at your property at 5a Hanover, Bexhill.
As advised in my email to you dated 24 September the responsibility lies with the adjacent land owner regarding the fencing. You can find out who the land belongs to by obtaining a Land Registry search from their website at https://www.gov.uk/ search-property-information-land-registry
I’m sorry to hear of roadside trees blocking light and having made enquiries our environment team I understand that there’s a programme for this area for woodland thinning for Winter 2022. At this time we’ll not be taking any action. I hope this information is helpful and thank you again for taking the time to contact us.
