Recurring pothole at the junction of Easton Lane and the A34, M3 J9

This pothole is not entirely new having been reported by myself previously. It was repaired fairly quickly but has reappeared.

There is clearly some scheduled roadworks in the area so if this is not part of that, could it be included ?
