Glass and debris at pedestrian crossing - Steepdown / Busticle traffic lights

Reported via desktop in the Litter (NH) category anonymously at 19:58, Mon 20 September 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3014284.

When cycling from Steepdown to Busticle Lane at traffic lights, there is so much {sharp} debris at the pedestrian crossing that I have to come further out into the road, causing an obstruction to car users. I always try to stay close to the kerb but this is not possible and not fair to considerate car users. I have thought of going down at 5 am in the morning to clear this but recognise 'pensioner killed in bid to clear debris' wouldn't make a good headline. Please can you help ? Thank you
