Bins not being emptied by Kier due to costal works

Reported via desktop in the Litter (NH) category anonymously at 19:03, Mon 20 September 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3014181.

Moderated by Highways England at 17:23, Wed 29 September 2021

Highways England who own the bins and they are subcontracted to Kier.

Access at Farlington Marshes - Due to current costal works, bins have not been getting emptied. Guys are on site working most days until 3/4pm and can provide access if needed for bins to be emptied. * I'm advised Kier attended today but drove off without attempting to get access to this strip of road.
