Short Green Times

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3012454.

The sequence needs a major change, currently whilst waiting to turn left towards the Motorways the lights change to allow two articulated vehicles through before changing back to red. This is a hugely busy area for commercial vehicles and as such should have more priority for traffic flow rather than from the docks exit. It would really be appreciated if this could be looked at as a priority.
