Subsided hole on M4 2 miles before j15

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3009914.

Issue on the inside lane of West bound carriageway on M4 2 - 3 miles before J15. Not a major hole but the divot was enough to shake the car quite badly
