Substandard Diversion Route

The Road Closure is on the B4088 Near Hillers Farm Shop - Warwickshire County Council Area.

Shouldn't every 2703 Diagram Sign have a corresponding 2704 Diagram Sign ???

Shouldn't the signs be on both sides of the Carriageway on a Dual Carriageway ???

Has Highways England approved the diversion route signing on there Network ???
