Numerous potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2993370.

These potholes are on the approach to the pedestrian crossing, they have been patched by the looks of it but still such an uneven surface and new potholes forming. This has been like this now for 18 months. Not good for our vehicles.
