Night closures during ongoing road works at the roundabout by Drisillas.

Since early 2021 the A27 has been closed at nights several times. Despite offering residents passes to access their properties, there have been quite a few occasions when careers looking after my 89 old disabled demented husband were unable to reach Berwick village where we live. As I am elderly too, this has left us in a precarious position with no help. It also makes it very stressful for the careers unable to reach us. Please could you reassure me that when there are night closures, carers from Helping Hands could have access to our property, thus preventing a potential accident.
