Drain cover damaged, on drain running across road at london road exit A27

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2985200.

The drain that runs across the a27 cover is damaged. In outside lane, bent upwards causing what looks to be a sharp spike. Could pop.a tire if was to be run over, worse if a motorbike was to hit it.
