Cyclepath on west side of A3 has an appalling surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later
Specific defects that I noticed a couple of weeks back : 1) a small sinkhole in the tarmac 2) An iron inspection cover had dropped on one side of the triangular half- cover 3) A vehicle intrusion onto the tarmac leaving large clods of earth. In general, the surface quality of this old path is so poor that I have previously avoided it - preferring to take my chances on the Ham Barn roundabout itself. Alas, the traffic flows are now near continuous ( at certain times of the day ) I feel that it is too risky. Thus I forced onto the deeply unpleasant cyclepath.
