Overgrown bush blocking view of oncoming traffic on Millponds Rd and M32 slip road

The intersection of Millponds Rd and the M32 slip road has some plant life which is quite overgrown. It is now significantly blocking the view of oncoming vehicles which are often moving quite fast as they are exiting the M32. The reduced visibility and high speed of oncoming cars has made this a very dangerous intersection. There were some grass cutters working in the area around two weeks ago who we hoped would trim it back, but the plant is still quite overgrown. It has been blocking the view of the intersection for around 2 months now.
