Road surface breaking up AGAIN

Reported via desktop in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 12:19, Tue 31 August 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2969083.

As traffic turns left from Monkton Road to go up the A35 (up the hill, Axminster direction) the road surface towards the right hand side is breaking up yet again. The turning is very tight for the lorries at the junction and as they turn their tyres continually gouge the road surface. It has been "fixed" numerous times but needs to be permanently resurfaced, rather than temporary infilling. It is impossible to miss the hole and the constant stream of large lorries along the A35 are making it worse each day. Please would you fix it?.
