Dangerously bright third party LED billboard between J2 and J3, M32 southbound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2966312.

This recently installed billboard is dangerously bright at night, to the extent that it is difficult to see the road due to the difference in brightness levels.

    Our Inspector has visited the site. The billboard is off our network and we presume erected with the appropriate permission.

    The responsibility for this issue, on this road, is that of Bristol City Council.
