Shredded litter... AGAIN!

Highways England you seriously are shambolic. You've again cut back the vegetation in the Lay-bys on the A11 when approaching the Newmarket bypass and of course not litter picked beforehand, shredding all the litter everywhere, and creating such a mess. Yet another example of your clear disregard for the environment, constant failure of the Environmental Protection Act, and your own ridiculous litter strategy. Is your aim to create as much mess as possible on the road network? Are you going to clear up all the mess you've created or leave it for councils to clear up after you?
