Faded road markings, A453

Faded white road markings on the A453, where the road begins at the A52 junction, especially at the point where the two carriageways merge from the A52 east and west to form the A453 westbound carriageway. This includes faded white road markings and defective/missing reflective studs.

  • Thank you for contacting Highways England about road markings.

    We are aware of this and repair works are planned for when the Clifton Bridge works have been completed. We don't want to create any other closures/disruptions for the travelling public. Our inspector will continue to monitor on his safety inspections.
