Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

All the way along this stretch of the motorway, the grass has been cut, with no litter picked. Please can you pick the litter now you have cut the grass? Looks hideous.

  • Thank you for contacting Highways England concerning litter between junctions 61-62 of the A1(M). We shall look into this issue and aim to provide a response by 31 August.

  • Thank you for your patience whilst our inspector reviewed your report.

    The next planned litter pick in that area is in October. However our inspector will be driving past next week and so will assess the situation to discern if a litter pick needs arranging sooner than the current maintenance plan.
