Large pothole on A3 overlying road markings

• Hello,

  At approximately 2pm on Friday January 13th two of my car tyres were destroyed by a series of potholes in the central carriageway of the A3 as it runs under the New Malden roundabout.

  I missed several appointments during the afternoon, lost income and spent nearly £500 on making my car road worth again.

  Please could you direct me to the necessary source to claim compensation and advise me on the evidence required for my claim.

• Pothole still not been sorted I hit it on Saturday 15th April 2023 causing a blow out could of been very nasty just lucky not many other cars around me but due to this I’m now without a car until I can get my tyre fixed costing me £194 which I would like compensation as isn’t this what we pay taxes for!!!! But I’m guessing since the last person made a same comment back in January 14th 2023 this isn’t dangerous enough for you to consider fixing

• I think I hit this same pot hole last night. I'm not sure I can even call it a pothole. It's was a chunk missing out of the road and could have caused a nasty accident, had I been going faster. Thankfully the roads weren't too busy and my child wasn't in the car. This is so far costing me £500 and I havent even inspected the suspension yet. How do I get compensation.
